I was hosted by Disneyland to experience the summer fun. However, as always all thoughts and opinions are my own.

There is always so much happening at the happiest place on earth. However, Summertime is especially eventful. This year of course there is the opening of Galaxy’s Edge the new land 100% full of all the Star Wars everything we all love! BUT wait! Galaxy’s Edge is not the only thing the Disneyland Resort has to offer this summer. I waddled around at 33 weeks pregnant with twins to check out as much as I could and share that plus so much more with you.
Tale of the Lion King
With the new live action The Lion King movie coming to theaters this summer, Disneyland found an awesome way to incorporate it into the parks. The Tale of the Lion King show is now playing at Disney’s California Adventure Palisades Stage 5x’s per day! It is a theater style show with 18 amazingly talented performers acting out as well as singing and dancing to our favorite parts of The Lion King!

Weekend Brunch at the Lamplight Lounge
We were in for one delicious treat! The weekend brunch now offered at the Lamplight Lounge at the Pixar Pier is TOTALLY WORTH IT! From the delicious drinks to the mouthwatering dishes, it was all amazing from beginning to end. I don’t think I had ever tried so many tasty plates in one place. Every one I tried was my favorite…until I tried the next…and if we are being honest I was not able to narrow it down to just 1, I loved them all. Make your reservations and enjoy these delicious meals!

Now for the drinks….

Soarin’ Over California
Soarin’ Over California is back to it’s California only journey now through June 30th! Hop along and enjoy California’s beauties before it reverts back to Soarin’ Over The World!
Jessie’s Critter Carousel
Lia was one excited girl to get to ride Jessie’s Critter Carousel at Pixar Pier located at California Adventure. She has become quite the Toy Story fan and loved seeing all the critters. I will be honest she rode it 5 times in a row!

Mickey’s Philarmagic
Although we did not get to catch the show we are bound to check it out on our next visit! At the Sunset Showcase Theater you can catch this 3D musical show as Mickey, Donald, and other favorites take the stage!
Superhero Encounters
Make sure to go say hi to your favorite Marvel Superheroes at the Hollywood Backlot. You can find Black Panther, Captain America, Captain Marvel, Spiderman, and a few others!
Sleeping Beauty Castle
I will be honest this was one of the parts I was most excited about- getting to see the beautifully and extensively refurbished Sleeping Beauty Castle! And let me tell you it was totally worth all the waddling to the park. IT IS GORGEOUS! The colors chosen are beautiful and you can just see the detail and work that went into this refurbishment. Just look at how it shimmers!

Fancy Nancy is in Town!
You can now meet Fancy Nancy in Hollywood Land right outside the Disney Junior Dance Party!
Disneyland Forever Fireworks
This is one of my favorite firework shows! It is truly magical and takes you on a beautiful journey.
Hyperspace Mountain
If you don’t want to go through the waits of Galaxy’s Edge, Hyperspace Mountain can you give that Star Wars fix you need while Space Mountain is transformed into a Star Wars version of the ride.
Mickey’s Soundsational Parade
Probably one of my favorite parades is back! You can find this parade at Disneyland going from Main Street down to It’s a Small World! Sit down and enjoy some singing and Disney magic!

World of Color
A favorite and must see show at the Disneyland Resort is World of Color at Disney’s California Adventure. Disney and Pixar stories are projected onto a screen created by fountains! It is so so magical and a must!
Pop-Up Disney!
For those of you wanting to get some Disney in without entering the parks there are a few things you can check out the new Pop-Up Disney! A Mickey Celebration in Downtown Disney. For just $30 per person (+) you can enjoy so many photo worthy themed rooms inspired by everything Mickey.
There is so much to check out and enjoy this Summer at the Happiest Place on Earth & I hope you get to enjoy some of the fun! You bet once these babies are ready we are definitely making our way to enjoy all the fun!

It looks like a blast! And that food looks delicious!
So I’ve never been to Disneyland (I’m kinda northeast/midwest, so just disney world, but these attractions (and those DRIIIIIIINKS!) look incredible!
