Christmas in July is here! I had no idea Christmas in July was a thing- but I’m here for it. It is no lie that Christmas is my favorite holiday EVER & I am growing fonder and fonder of all the BER months as a mom.
A few days ago Disney Parks Blog shared a ton of fun Christmas in July activities. We were missing Zoey so we waited until our crew was all home to get to celebrating.

Celebrating Christmas in July this year I think was just the magic we needed!
I didn’t make my husband bring down our Christmas bins and deck the tree I promise, but we did do some equally fun things together and everyone had a ton of fun.
So how do you celebrate Christmas in July? Or August or whenever you just want some magic? Easy!
1.Stay in Pajamas
Have a pajamas day! Zoey loved staying in pajamas and Lia slept in her dress the night before so that counts right? I won’t lie- I needed a pajama day. The set I am wearing is no longer available at Costco but I linked some cute ones below.
2.Yule Log
Before you get to your activities light the Yule Log found on Disney Parks YouTube video for some ambiance! What is more holiday feeling than a cozy fire
3.Make Snowflakes
Not just any snowflakes- MICKEY SNOWFLAKES. We found this neat tutorial on the Disney Parks Blog website and made sure to follow all their steps.

4.Mickey Ornaments
We happened to have 2 clear ornaments hanging around our DreamBox perfect for this activity. We did not have can of air to use so we got creative and use a little bit of paint at a time and swirled it before letting it dry.

5.Watch some holiday favorites
We sat down in our jammies and snuggled up and watched :
- The Santa Clause
- The Nightmare Before Christmas
- Olaf’s Frozen Adventure
This dose of Disney and Christmas magic was just what our hearts needed. Our regular Christmas season is a mixture of Santa & Disney magic and this was the perfect dose that we needed.
If you are in need of a pick me up take part in celebrating early & enjoy !
