Disney Foods at Halloweentime 2023
Jolly Holiday: A Sweet Symphony of Flavors
Our Halloweentime adventure began at Jolly Holiday. Anything here would make any Disney foodie’s heart skip a beat.

Poison Apple Macaron
First up, the Poison Apple Macaron. Imagine biting into an apple-shaped macaron filled with salted caramel and apple compote. The balance of sweet and tart in this confection was positively bewitching.

Pecan Caramel Trifle
Next, the Pecan Caramel Trifle: Layers of vanilla bean diplomat cream, brown sugar-spiced cake, and candied pecans in caramel, crowned with Chantilly cream. This dessert transported us to a realm of pure indulgence.

Mickey Bat Cookie
The Mickey Bat Cookie was another treat that stole the hearts of my kids. It is a shortbread bat cookie dipped in dark chocolate with a charming vampire Mickey face. It was almost too adorable to devour. Almost.

Pumpkin Muffin
And what’s Halloweentime without a Pumpkin Muffin? Moist, flavorful, and crowned with a pumpkin-spiced topping, it was the perfect way to kick off our spooky food journey.

Hungry Bear Restaurant: Red Pepper Cheese Onion Rings
Our culinary escapade continued at the Hungry Bear Restaurant, where we discovered a fiery treasure—Red Pepper Cheese Onion Rings. To be honest, my expectations for these were much higher. I found the cheese sauce taste to be similar to nacho cheese. Tasty, but you can skip these if needed.

Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta: Cheesecake Dreams
Over at Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta, you can find one of my favorites- the Horchata Cheesecake. Creamy, dreamy, and infused with the essence of horchata, this dessert was a harmonious fusion of cultures and flavors, leaving us craving more. I seriously cannot get over it.
Wine Country Trattoria: A Wickedly Divine Delight
At Wine Country Trattoria, you can find the Mistress of Evil Chocolate Cake. This decadent dessert, inspired by Maleficent herself, was a masterpiece of chocolatey goodness that left us spellbound and craving for another slice.
Smokejumpers Grill: A Refreshing Brew
At Smokejumpers Grill, Lucas got to enjoy the Oogie Boogie Lemonade—a tangy and tart. He loved it so much he can’t wait to go back for another.

Flo’s Diner: A Spicy Surprise
You also want to make your way to Flo’s Diner, where you can savor the Spicy Chicken and Fries—a tantalizing blend of crispy chicken and perfectly seasoned fries that will satisfy your cravings for a savory indulgence.
In conclusion, our Halloweentime adventure at Disneyland and California Adventure was nothing short of a gastronomic enchantment. Disney Foods during this limited-time event truly cast a spell on our taste buds, leaving us with unforgettable memories of delectable treats and delightful surprises.
